Can't locate a way to contact customer service or tech support with Ebay. Does anyone know how I can report a problem with my seller store? Thanks

Found out that Ebay froze my listings until I confirm my business. That is strange to me, My business opened in Houston, TX in 1994 and is still operating. I signed up with Ebay around 1996 or 1997.
