The title says it all. I am trying to resolve a refund dispute and the
ebay site just re-loops you through stupid menus only to not ever get to
a place where you can contact someone to dispute something... ebay is
just about dead to me.
Just tried this and I only get "Send us and email"... then when I select
that it just loops me back to the get help menu to start again.... it's
official, eBay customer service is non-existent garbage.
Thanks ferncliff-39! Going to try your solution now. Honestly, it feels
a lot like eBay does not want to help by hiding the actual email/phone
contact info behind so many automated help solutions... quite
frustrating and this kind of stuff makes me w...
