I bid on item#205317750682. The seller had a reserve, I bid $40 with like a minute and some change left in auction. Auction ends and states at top of page my max bid is $40, however auction ends showing $28 ending bid? Am I missing something? Still s...

I sold an item and the buyer paid, then sends me an email thru ebay asking to ship to a different address. Should I do this and will I be held accountable if it doesn't arrive?
