Why are sellers penalized when an item clearly shows it has been shipped
and USPS has it, and it gets lost? USPS has been losing more and more
items, and it's affecting our business. There must be a way for eBay to

All of a sudden when trying to add variations, I don't see the full list
of existing items where I can add new or delete old ones... anyone know
if something is going on? Tried multiple browsers, cleared cookies, etc.
