What consequences does the seller get if they do not follow through with sale? She claims I am wrong because she was "polite and reasonable" in asking for shipping fees after the auction is completed and the posting says "free shipping".

seller sold with free shipping, now wants fees for shipping?

I bid on item, only bidder, now seller wants me to pay for shipping, even though item was sold with free shipping. Also seller sent e-mail direct to me not through ebay e-mail.
