Did you respond to the dispute within the 7 days? They still awarded
buyer?? APPEAL THE CASE! Do NOT STOP UNTIL THE MONEY IS BACK IN UR
HANDS!! It took me 3 months and after I won (the first time) I received
a second email stating now the buyer won!!...
