eBay refunded a buyer. I did not receive the item in return. What should I do? I explained to eBay that the item was delivered to the wrong address. Proof of this is in the tracking number that was uploaded. What should I do?

eBay has sided with a customer on a return when the customer did not ship back the same item..I cannot believe the result. What options do I have?
