hi, Just was paid for an item. Buyer wants change to different more expensive item before I ship. Wondering if this could be some scam. What would be the best way to proceed? Thanks

Hi, In the last couple weeks I have received offers and accepted from two different buyers. then receive a message from them wanting me to text the information to a number. then find that their eBay status is in question so I can not send an invoice....

item lost,tracking acknowledges damaged package

The buyer received an empty package. Tracking & USPS acknowledges package was damaged toward the end of its Journey. If I refund the money will eBay reimburse me? :l thanks
