I sold an item, it didn't arrive timely so I issued a refund. Now 2
months later it did arrive. How do I go about getting paid back at this
point? Your help would be appreciated.
I want to mail a 6 x 9 envelope which is .5" thick. I enter this
information into the shipping calculator and it won't work. It's 3 oz
and that box gets highlighted. What am I doing wrong?I am using the
large envelope option.
