The item was marked as delivered, the customer is claiming that she doesn't have it what do I do?Whom do I contact first? Please help!!!!!!

selling two items to the same buyer

If buyer wants to buy two items from my listing, how can I do it? So it is send in one package, and buyer doesn't have to pay his shipment twice?
