Does Ebay accept securecard pre paid ? How much over the amount does the card need to be to be accepted? TIA

Remember credit card

I don't ever want ebay to remember my credit card information . At checkout it sometimes clicks on remember this credit card accidentally . Is there anyway to remove this option ?
