If someone is looking for something Ebay dont have - Can i reffer them to the store?

If someone sees an item on my Ebay store, and wants something similiar that is NOT listed, not will it be listed, on Ebay, but our actuall brick and morter store does, or may have it,, can I reffer them to the store?

Ive been dinged for not updating shippiing for will cvall orders -

I marked the item as paid at pickup. Why has Ebay marked me as not updating tracking info on time?
