What is the deal with this"Time Left"

Instead of an actual time this 'Time Left' is all I see well at least it turns red when it is under 24 hours ! Had his issue months ago but it disappeared after a day . Now I've have had it for 2 weeks and its getting old and you can't contact ebay ....
