I recently purchased a baseball jersey on eBay. Both the seller and I
live in the state of Minnesota... Where there is no sales tax on
clothing. Why was I charged sales tax, and what should I do to fix this?

Should I ask for my money back? I was charged when I had the 200 free
listings. I even opened up an account because of this to get more
listings. I cant figure out if I got scammed and if I didn't understand
the rules of the "FREE" listings.
