Reducing selling fees on Ebay

I just did an analyst on my Ebay Fees from a $130.00 sale I end up with $9.27 - FVF$9.10 Paypal $3.68 Packaging $1.50 Postage $7.15 . Item Cost $99.30 total Cost $120.73Has anyone got any idea's on how to cut back on selling fees.
