did everything they said and still gave bad feedback, there has to be something a seller can do in this case

buyer won 4 auctions, shipped to them all together, now wants refund on one item, but all funds for all four items on hold? how can I refund if funds on hold? How do I get funds released?

Can you block someone from bidding on your items? They keep bidding and buying just to say not as described and wanting a refund or to return it.
