Hi, can someone tell me how long buyers have to open a case, I have
received a case today from 21st November 2019, is that allowed after
such a long time
I get quiet a few DNR as I sell low cost items (they wouldn't pay for
tracked), it does come and go in waves and its particularly at Christmas
(so much so I close my shop at peak time Christmas,just not worth the
