I agree. That initial eBay notice (“item has been shipped”) is
misleading and should be fixed, but sellers should also sell within 3
business days (and should be given some kind of ‘bonus’ for shipping in
the next-day). It’s ridiculous that some sell...

(“this is a bad slow seller”), but do make it ‘informational’ (“this
seller ships in the 7-10 day range instead of the 3-5 day range”); like

This is international shipping. I think we can all agree this is a whole
other ‘can of worms’, separate from the expectation of reasonably fast
shipping within the USA.
