I put an item on auction for $20. I got messages saying I have two offers from different people. One is for $30 & the other for $100 & they expired in 23 hours. When I click on the buyer's names it says page not found. Is this a scam?

how to change partial payment to paid in full

A buyer made two purchases from me that were sent seperately. One of the items arrived w/ postage due of 0.49. I refunded her the 0.49 & now it's showing partial payment & awaiting answer. How do I get it to be marked paid in full?
