Can the eBay agents give a a option to ship for a local pick up I have to get done

If you have an item that you want to list for local pickup, then list it that way.  "eBay agents" don't get involved in your listings, that's your job.

Have a feeling you may need to read more about selling on eBay before you begin to list here.
