Refund

Returned an item for full refund, but I made the purchase using a promotional pre paid credit card and not sure if funds can be added back onto it.  Can refund be credited to it and if not, how else can I receive refund?  Thanks if anyone can clarify.

Many cards can receive refunded money, but can't be reloaded with new money.

Do you still have the card?

Is there a phone number on the back of it so you can call & inquire?

It will go back to card. They can accept refunds just not more funds.

It will be credited to the card, but could take several days. Good luck.
