i sold a figurine to a customer , but it ended up being the wrong one, I shipped the correct one but in the mean time the customer has decided to keep and pay for the original. I know i should have waited for the original to be shipped back to me before shipping the right one. How do i go about making the sale since the customer already has the itemand is willing to pay for it.I am not shipping nor do i need a label. How do i go about making the sale

If the wrong one was listed on Ebay, add local pick up and no shipping, then they can buy it.

Has the buyer already been refunded for the 1st ( wrong, original) one? And then you shipped out the 2nd figurine ( the correct one ordered) without getting back the 1st one and buyer wants both now? Is that it?

The buyer was never refunded the first order .i sent out the right one before sending a refund she was just going to send the first order back to me and was very understanding of the error . she changed her mind and decided that she wanted to purchase the first order

You can follow what poster @kensgiftshop stated if this was already listed on ebay, you can also add buyers 1st name on listing in the title of said figure and send a link to them, local pickup.
If this 1st figure was not listed on ebay yet, you can always have buyer pay thru check ( your Addy will be on the shipping box) paypal if they wish.
