EBAY holds Seller responsible if jacket is damaged in shipment. EBAY will force you to refund "purchase price + shipping".
EBAY holds Seller responsible if customer opens "did not receive item" claim and you cannot provide postal tracking# proving item was delivered. EBAY will force you to refund "purchase price + shipping".
EBAY 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (supersedes your "return policy) and protects the customer if item "not as described, counterfeit, defective, missing parts". EBAY does NOT require customer to prove their claim. EBAY will force the Seller to provide "free return postage". After Seller receives returned item, you must refund (purchase price + shipping).
Also be aware that "any customer" can try and get "payment reversed" AFTER they receive your jacket by contacting their "credit card company". Credit card company allows customer 6 MONTHS to complain and get payment reversed.
These are just a few of the pitfalls on selling on EBAY.

Generally speaking, and seller can steal any item from any seller at any time by filing a fraudulent "Significantly not as described" dispute. That is true of any seller, Italian or not.

Are you an Italian seller? Your items say they ship from "sialkot,PU, Pakistan".
Your account was also registered in 2021, though all of your feedback as a seller is from the last 6 months.
