The Hudson River artwork?
You had UPS Ground as the shipping method in the listing, that's what you'll have to use.

If you really want to ship USPS, go into PayPal and ship USPS from there.
Or create your own USPS account (costs more) and don't forget to enter tracking into the order.

But please don’t do this without the buyers permission. They paid for UPS shipping. They may have purchased from you because you offered UPS shipping. So get their permission to switch carriers first.

Good advice. Delivery address could be different. @mwants
Hearsay (from my carrier) here is the unwritten Post Master policy is "if it isn't addressed correctly, don't waste time trying to figure out where it goes. Return it."

Good advice on contacting the buyer.
When switching to a faster delivery (UPS TO USPS Priority), I do send the buyer a note informing them of the change.
I do the same when switching from USPS to UPS when they order quantities that push to 5, 10, 20 or 30 lb shipments. I do have a caveat for that in my listings and just inform the buyer in case they did not read the listing.
All shipments are free shipping.
