Major shipping issues please help!!!

My customers are contacting me saying that when they add items to the trolley, they get a message saying "Unfortunately, this seller won't post to your location. Please update your delivery address and try again." 

Please help I've been on the phone every day to ebay and nobody is able to help me??

I have over 200 items listed for sale and I'm losing sales and it's going to ruin me, anybody have any solutions??

I just put an item of yours in my cart and got no such error.

Do you block foreign countries or PO boxes by any chance?

200 items?  I only see 5 and have no issues with shipping on those 5.

are you sure you didn't accidently add USA to the exclude list on the other listings?   you do have quite a few you don't ship too or are those people that cannot add to the cart not actually in countries you don't ship to?

I have 224 listings but only ship some to USA!

I just clicked issue resolved accidentally, it's not resolved!!

I don't ship to countries where there is no tracking, eg Brazil etc and Russia etc

Are you in the US? It seems it's happening to all my local domestic buyers..?

I am in the USA and I only see 5 listings.

I think it's ok for USA buyers, but the majority of my listings are local only and they are getting the error.

I guess nobody on here can help me as you are all in the USA, but thanks for giving it a go for me...

It seems to be ok for US buyers but not my domestic buyers, I don't think anybody in US can test it out but I really appreciate all your help..

I block Russia and countries that don't offer tracking..

Ask on our home boards and get the members there to check it out for you. I can see all of your listings from my Au account.
