Been selling on Ebay for 10 years, approximately 500 sales per year. Just sold my first item through a promoted sale. I see my final value fees and the additional promotion fees charged. Looks fine. However, the sale price being used to credit my account before these fees are taken out is exactly 15 percent below the actual sales price. Sold for $37, but the sales price credited to my account reads as $31.45 before all fees taken out. I did not make an offer to watchers or offer a coupon. Three calls to customer service with no resolution. Representatives were very confused. Any thoughts much appreciated.

Are you sure when you looked at your costs it included the ad fee. That is the only thing i can think of that would be 15%.

Thank you for the response. Listing was BIN for $37, reported sales credit was $31.45 ($5.55, exactly 15% off). After that, final value fees come out ($5.25) and then Ad Fee Standard of 15.5% ($6.21). It is just straight up showing a sale price of $31.45. If I go out and look at the sale on Ebay sales outside of my account, it reads $37.
