Yours was reported and the Ebay agent who made the decision and decided to remove yours which they do have cause. In some cases the reason why the ad is still up is because the way the ad is written. If you use certain wording they can remove. In the others cases they may have just not been reported yet. It's no different when someone reports say a reproduction item. One item can get removed but the same item from another seller may not. It just varies.
