Contacting eBay

I had difficulty signing into my eBay account the other day.  (I finally was able to sign in, but it was scary for awhile.).  My question to the board is, if you can't sign into your account, how can you contact eBay to help resolve the problem?

I would say that if you can't make contact with them as a guest (i.e. not logged in), I would open another account and reach them that way. You will no doubt need to provide all the original account info so that they can verify that it's you.

If you have only one account right now, you can keep the new account open for purchases. Leave the first account (with the much higher feedback) for selling only.

A lot of us had problems signing in the other day.

Our eBay passwords were not being accepted in some areas.

My problem was I clear my history everyday.

Supposedly, everything is back to normal.

I ended up creating a new password to get back in right away after a few hours.

It wasn't your account personally...but an eBay problem.

Periodically, something goes wrong and we just have to wait until eBay fixes it.

Apparently, not everyone had the problem supposedly...

In the past when my computer went down I would go to the library and take care of all ebay orders on the library computers.   That may or may not help your situation.
