I have seen this topic addressed in previous discussions but did not see an answer to this problem:
eBay is suggesting I change my handling time to 1 day on all my listings to qualify for Top Rated Plus. I don't have any problem doing this as I am already shipping items the same or the next day. When I go into the Bulk Editing Tool, "Handling Time" is not one of the fields I can edit (it doesn't exist). See screenshot.
I called customer service and the rep told me to go to the edit tool and select "handling time." I pointed out it was not a field available to me. He also saw it was not there. Instead of fixing the problem, he did say he could change it on his end, but even though he said he updated them, when I hung up, over 130 of my listings still say 2-day handling time.
I have seen it under shipping policies, but not in every listing. Plus to change the handling time required me to change the shipping method as well, which I do not want to do. At one time I was able to bulk change my handling time, because my husband and I went on vacation and I extending the handling time for all my listings, but I no longer have that option.

Your account or your computer/internet is broken, because it works for me (always has). Try opening in another internet format.

Your browser isn't picking up all the edit possibilities, try updating/restarting......

My internet and computer are fine. I used a different browser and I used a different computer and the field is still not available to me. Not sure what to do next.

Thank you for this link. But it is only allowing me to set a cut off time for same-day handling, but does NOT allow me to select same OR 1 day handling for all my listings.

Tried that. Tried using a diff browser and a different computer. 😢

The reason the edit fields differ on the two screenshots is because you are subscribed to business policies. All of your shipping-related fields, including handling time, are held within your policies. All you need to do is edit the policies themselves, not the listings, to change your handling time.
Go to Seller Hub and click Business Policies in the left menu. That will open a screen listing all of your business policies, and you can edit there.
