Closing a return

I know how to close a return, but I am having a hard time closing this return, and EBay is not helping me through auto assistance. How do I close a return shipping request? When I go to purchases and pick the item, it does not give me the choice to close return. It just gives me the option to hit “marked as shipped” and “ frequently asked questions“ 

please help me, I keep getting notices to take care of this

If you opened a case to return the item, you have to return to the open case to close it.

Thank you for your help! EBay actually did get it closed.
