what the hell is eBay - MIP Support?

I got a very odd message this in my email and clueless what means

Dear MIP Seller,

As a part of implementing enhanced security measures, eBay will migrate from Port 22 to Port 2222 for SFTP connections to MIP Sandbox (mip.sandbox.ebay.com). SFTP connections through Port 22 will start getting blocked on July 30, 2024.

We are making this change to enhance security. The MIP production environment (mip.ebay.com) already uses Port 2222.

We kindly request that you ensure that your clients move from Port 22 to Port 2222 as soon as possible if connecting to MIP Sandbox via SFTP.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change.

ETA ...I did some research.Its eBays Developer program. MIP Merchant Integration platform.
