When I open Ebay on my phone (not the app,) it is stuck on a page asking me to save an old search. Also the page is frozen. It's been like this since yesterday.

Try a different browser. If that works better, try clearing your cache in the original browser.
Make sure the app is not set to open eBay browser links.
