hm having a hard time understanding why such a huge company EBAY has no problem ripping people off and taking their money! I have been with you guys for years and I have spent thousands and thousands with you guys some most items I get but some I don't. In waiting for the items to show up I usually give it a month or 2 helping you guys out by giving the extra time for your delivery service that hasn't delivered the item or items on the promised date. So when I try to get a refund Ebay then tells me you cant get a refund its been pass 30 days!! or I may look through my purchase history and realize that I didn't receive items that I ordered and that realization is usually after that 30 day **bleep**!! you guys owe me a lot of money because there has been so many things I didn't receive nor did I get my money back. So here it is I send you my money 1. Never get the product I ordered 2. Never get my money back either!!! And you guys think that is right???? 'So you guys just take people's money and say so the **bleep** what ?? I wish I could talk to the CEO and let him know how his company treats loyal longtime customer's

First off, you appear to believe that eBay is going to read your message, since you've used "you guys" a few times here. These Boards are composed of many, many of your fellow eBayers who volunteer their time here to help others or advise. We are not responsible for the problems you have had.
Actually, for buyers, eBay offers the Money Back Guarantee. It's seen in every listing and details how you are protected if problems arise. Unfortunately, there is no way for eBay to force buyers to read it and use it. If you do not receive your item, you have 30 days to open an item not received case. There is no point in giving a seller longer than that to get your item to you. If you miss the 30 day deadline, you can open a case with Paypal or do a chargeback on your credit card.
If you were able to speak with eBay's CEO, he'd probably tell you that eBay offers you ways to handle a problem like this. But, again, he can't force you to read the MBG and use it. How about taking the time right now to do some remedial reading?
