Sign In Issues

I have been trying to sign in on both the android app and using chrome on my tablet, neither has worked so far.  I get the invalid request or that it is not a match between my username and password.  I know that they are both correct because I can sign in on my Mac.  I'd prefer to use my tablet if we can get this issue solved.  Any ideas?

Can you confirm the app version and device model and Android version ? Have you tried to update to the latest app and see if it helps?
