I’ve been trying to make a purchase and I keep getting the error shown on the screenshot.

-I’m using the iOS app.

-I’ve verified that it’s the current version

-Even deleted the app & redownloaded

-my paypal account is linked to eBay

-I’ve restarted my iPhone a few times

im getting nowhere fast and last time I bought something via the app was back in Sept 2017 and I had no issues.

Help please?

Sorry for all the trouble with this purchase! For this error, will you double check that your shipping address has a state or province entered and try the payment again? Please keep us updated if you still have difficulty.

I did as you suggested and went into my address and didn’t find anything wrong. I reentered my address anyways and discovered that the app thought part of my address I already had in there was wrong. I selected the address I just reentered and I was able to complete checkout. Weird. Never had an issue with my address before, but maybe with the app being updated something changed.

Thanks for the suggestion that led me to finding the issue! ^_^
