If the buyer made multiple separate purchases of a multiple quantity item, each would qualify for leaving a separate feedback comment.
Whether this was done by the buyer specifically to be able to leave multiple feedback comments, perhaps after a first initial purchase went awry, is an interesting question. Although the multiple feedback would only count once toward the seller's overall feedback rating, six negatives in a row certainly are much more noticeable than just one.
