I have a long thread elsewhere but here's a quick explanation of a problem with the USPS tracking info. When a package is delivered, only the city and zip code are shown. They showed that my order was delivered. In reality, a package was delivered to another address in my zip code. That package was not my order. The post office gave me the address that tracking number was delivered to. I went to that address and saw myself that it was not my order.
When I asked for a refund because I didn't receive my order, the seller and eBay said that tracking info shows it was delivered. From the USPS tracking info on the internet, eBay saw delivery to my city and zip code. They did not see the actual address.

@mrb849 We mentors are VERY familiar with this scam and the problems it's creating for members.
I am including a link to your other post so that advice is not duplicated >
