eBay wrote me on June 5th with "The seller let us know they sent a return label for your item. If you haven’t received it, contact the seller." I contacted the seller about 24 hours ago via messages asking how the return label was sent to me and have not yet received a response. How are the return labels usually sent? How long should I wait for a response from the seller before contacting eBay? Is there a direct link to contact eBay on this if I need to?

@a1newman If the seller has already refunded you then you will not be able to print an eBay return Label
If you have not been refunded then try the blue button on this page to print the return label>

Since the system says that the seller has issued a return label asking eBay to step in from the case will not work.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service and ask them to email you a copy of the label:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
