eBay Customer Service

Is anyone else experiencing communication issues with eBay's customer service?? It appears we are now being routed to another country, possibly the Phillipines, for service. I have spent two days and my buyer a day trying to rectify a crossed payment. I'm truely frustrated with the lack of understanding of the eBay billing process and the fact that the representatives are not "hearing" the issue. Requesting a supervisor is taking 24 hours????

eBay Customer Service

This has happened for many years now. There Ebay gets cheap labor so they love it. They use cue cards so good luck. Just try calling either late or early in day and you might reach someone inthe USA.

Forget about talking to a supervisor as it will never happen. The reps tell you this to get you off the phone and you will nver even get a call back or talk to a supervisor.
