Hi! I noticed a strange problem that is happening with my listings on ibey.com only. When an item is sold, it appears in the "Sold" section but still remain as "active" in the "Active sales" section with the same Item Number and same description as the sold one. The listing is set as "single" and should normally disappear from this list. In addition, any changes made to the remaining active listing in the "active" section, such as deleting a photo or changing the description also affect the sold Item, which is already in the "Sold" section. It turns out that I have the same Item as "Sold" and "active" at the same time. Now I'm afraid to delete the active duplicate listing, because the sold Item will probably be deleted from the Sold section as well, but I don't want to lose it.
I ask for suggestions to resolve the issue.

You might have the out of stock option enabled. Go to account - site preferences and near the top of the page check to see if the out of stock option is checked off.
