I dont have a mail receipt or proof of purchase but I have a paypal receipt and tracking number on my email. What can i do ??

@dendynho10 Please confirm:
Did you purchase only 1 shipping label and attach the same label with same tracking # to both packages?
Or did you purchase a "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" style shipping label and affix one to each package?
What postal carrier did you use?

Frederica, since you are in the UK you may want to post this question on the eBay UK discussion forum.
This is the US board and policies may slightly differ.
UK posters may know your local postal carriers & systems better, as well.

I purchased only 1 shipping label and attach the same label with same tracking to both packages. Because I sold them together, as 1 item. But I couldnt fit both items in one royal mail large leter size so I used two.

I don't know the Royal Mail rules and regs, but here in the US that's not permitted. Two separate packages require two different shipping labels, each paid for separately. In the US it's likely that only one package would be delivered successfully and the second package would either be returned to sender or delivered to the buyer with "postage due". Here in the US you would be on the hook for that second package.

Erm yeah, you can't do that. As far as The Royal Mail is concerned, you have basically sent two items and only paid for one. The Royal Mail will see that as a duplicate parcel/package that you didn't pay for. I would call them, they probably have it hold somewhere until you pay for it. If you can't fit it into the size given, that doesn't mean you get to use a second one for free. You need to properly weigh and size your items before shipping. If it is a combined sale, then it has to be sent in the same parcel or as a two piece shipment with separate individual labels as a 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. Also the appropriate sized parcel for its weight, being that's basically how they decided what's classed as a letter, parcel, large package, etc.
