Inkfrog failure

Hi, 

I have been using inkfrog for a long time,

I stopped listing in March of this year (still billed and paid  every month).

I just started listing again and have 21 relisted.

now they will no longer launch.  It says invalid token and when I try to contact inkfrog I get that my email is invalid.  This after they told me last night that there was a backup and my listings were scheduled.  
Has anyone else had this issue?

I believe your issue is with ink frog and not eBay. I don’t use ink frog (I use auctiva instead), but I assume the token generating is similar.

 

There should be an area in ink frog to generate the token and you’ll have to use your eBay credentials (when they direct you to an eBay login page) and click something giving ink frog permission to generate the token.

I don’t know how - I had an exclamation point after the eBay symbol.  When I went to it, nothing popped up.  I did a search for the token error and found nothing.  I have clicked on everything I can think of and find no way to refresh eBay token.  I will call eBay tomorrow. 
but, the fact that inkfrog did respond last night with a lame excuse that they were backed up for at least 12 hours and now, when I try to contact them, it doesn’t go through - I am thinking they are just dropping me silently.

so, it seems to be resolved today.  I believe it was an inkfrog problem.

I've been unable to bulk schedule and launch since Friday. I could launch one at a time until this afternoon. Now I can't launch at all.

I've been in contact with Support. They are aware of the issue and are working on it.

So until then I won't be able to list anything.

Never have had an issue like this and I have been using them since they were Spare Dollar.

 

How long has it been since you stopped listing? You may have to reset your preferences/token with them.
