I don’t know how to get help from eBay. They send messages telling me that the vendor has to provide a shipping label and then they cut you off at the knees because there is no way to get help. I need a shipping label for a authorized return and the vendor refuses to send a shipping label.
I a a retiree on SS and I am out of 114 bucks because they can’t make their rouge vendor do anything.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET HELP FROM EBAY'!!!!!! HELP ME ANYBODY at he vendor is stealing!

after a few days you can go back to the claim and ask ebay to step in..perhaps you do have a label available but dont know it yet
sellers also have the problem of not knowing how to send labels or may not want to
if the claim is still open you should be able to get some help.I think its 48 hours maybe 72 but the claim does not stay the same after a while.at a certain time point you can insist on ebays help with the claim

If your seller accepted your return request, but did not provide a prepaid return label
and it has been over 2 business days, after which, if it is a domestic return, you can usually Ask eBay to step inside with you to have a tepid but friendly conversation about the state of your return. Otherwise @doloreshall
click "Contact eBay on Messenger" on Facebook at this link to leave your name, email, zip code, and item number. And tell eBay you need a return label.
eBay will put the case on hold for 5 days to allow the seller to either refund outright no return needed, or send cash via PayPal to pay for return postage. After that, if the seller has done neither, eBay will force a refund no return needed.
