App not working

Hi both my i phone and iPad no longer work with the app cannot get into either have tried deleting app and reinstalling with no luck

For iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later, follow the instructions here: How to update your eBay app

For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 8 or 9, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

Thanks for that ,it’s very disappointing that Apple / eBay can’t make this work for people with older operating systems, if it’s a faff they will simply lose customers, I am seriously thinking of changing away from Apple products because of this experience!
