Resolved! Customers giving phone number to arrange payment
I have received 3 full price offers this week with phone numbers to text or call to arrange payment. I have just hit decline offer button, hope that is the right thing to do but I believe the policy is all messages are to be thru EBay so I complied.

Resolved! PayPal pay in 4 no longer on ebay?
Haven't been able to use it on eBay for over week now despite always paying on time and in full. It still shows up on other shopping sites just not on ebay
So looks like Pay in 4 is now gone as of yesterday for me, Amazon here I come!
Looks like Ebay is working to get rid of Customers since Pay in 4 is now gone as it was helpful....Not a smart move.
