I received an offer from a couple of seller. These seller had restriction of not shipping to mi address, I try requesting the total amount due and notify them about the issue I was having. normally when this happens the seller removes the restriction or cancel the transaction. These two did not do that. Now Ebay has put a restriction on my account because I did not pay the items.  I try to contact eBay but what I get is an automated system that is not helping me. How do I call eBay (not a machine) so they can resolve this issue? Thanks,😐
