payout on hold

Hi, More than a week I can't receive my payout for the sold items because suddenly appeared information that there is a trouble with my bank account details althouth I have received many payouts on this account. When I try to open seller account  it's not opened and there is written: "It’s not you. It’s us. Our server is down but we'll have things back to normal soon." But this problem is more than a week! How long eBay will restore their server?

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

     Is this not your seller account? It sounds like you have multiple issues. First i you cannot open your seller account you need to contact eBay I doubt the server has been down for a week. If there is an issue with your payouts you are in the Czech Republic so I am assuming you are using Payoneer. You need to contact either Payoneer or eBay to figure out what the issue is.

Sorry for your situation.  No one here on the community discussion forum can help you as we are all just sellers & buyers like yourself.  You are also in the Czech Repulic and this is US forum.  Most here are not very familiar with Payoneer as that is not the US payment processor for our country.  You either need to contact eBay customer service or contact Payoneer.  Most likely they can explain.

Good luck to you!

Thanks for your response, but I have't Payoneer, I have a current bank account and eBay already sent the payouts exactly on this account 10 times.  Problem is when I try to open seller account  it's not opened and there is written: "It’s not you. It’s us. Our server is down but we'll have things back to normal soon." But this problem is more than a week! Is it possible eBay will restore their server so long time?

@marnik2809

Sounds like a glitch.  You need to contact eBay & let them know your issue.

Nice shop! Love the old magazines and the photos on front of them.

Happy Selling

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
