Can you create an individual seller & Payoneer account & transfer funds to a business bank account?

Can you create an individual seller account on eBay and individual Payoneer account and still withdraw your money to a business bank account in the name of the business?

If that’s not possible and you still want to transfer the funds to a business bank account, can you add this one as a recipient bank on Payoneer and not a bank to withdraw funds to every time you need to transfer funds to your bank account? Thank you.

These might be better questions for the folks at Payoneer. You are contacting USA buyer/seller, we don't use Payoneer so really are not in the know.

If you sell from a personal eBay account you need to link an Individual Payoneer account  for your payouts. After the funds land in your Payoneer account you would need to withdraw them from Payoneer to a bank or credit card you link to Payoneer.
