Selling on eBay has gotten easier now that eBay is managing payments for sellers on the marketplace. In addition to streamlining the overall selling experience, eBay is now sending your earnings less fees and selling costs from your eBay sales directly to your linked financial account. You will no longer receive your earnings on your PayPal account.
If you are required to update your account details, you will see a prompt similar to the ones below, in My eBay and the selling pages in Seller Hub:

To restore your ability to sell, simply click the Update account or List an item buttons and follow the instructions that are displayed. Once your account is updated, payouts from your sales will be sent to your bank account.
