This past week, the promoted listings feature changed, so now it is no
longer available to choose while creating a listing. I really liked it
better the way it was, because I often choose different amounts
depending on market competition, price point...
This is when Photoshop might come in handy. If the credit card company
only lets you upload one photo (which is unfair!)... I would use the one
that shows it working and type something of a message telling them to
contact you ASAP to discuss this buy...
It appears as though they've discontinued the phone service and blaming
